Remuneration

Sharing in the benefits from our success:
All employees contribute to our economic success. We are therefore pleased to pass on a part of the profit to our employees in the form of a performance-related bonus payment.

Contributions to Capital Building

We contribute monthly to tax-deductible savings schemes and thereby support our employees with their individual financial development.

Special Leave

We naturally offer special leave for events such as weddings and births.

Professional Development

Further education and training are important elements of developing your career. In order to optimize your career path at AneCom AeroTest, we regularly discuss your individual requirements with you and offer suitable training courses.

Flexible Working Hours

Rigid working models do not suit every employee. As a company we therefore support flexible working models so that it is easy for you to organise your private and professional life.

Occupational Health

We promote health care to our employees and help prevent illnesses. We regularly offer events to promote occupational health, as well as medical examinations (for example, eye tests) and vaccinations. Furthermore, we subsidise PC workstation glasses and regularly support driving safety training.

Ticket Plus Card

The employee voucher card: Load and pay without cash. Based on the legal tax-free amount, the card is loaded monthly and employees can spend the money as they wish. Many well-known businesses accept our card, for example filling stations, supermarkets, online shops, restaurants and recreational facilities.

Families and Children

Children bring colour and zest into our lives, but are sometimes an additional financial load. We are therefore happy to support mothers and fathers with a subsidy for daycare fees. And if the child is sick, we provide subsidies for up to 10 days to continue paying wages.”
