Apprenticeship and Internship

We believe training means more than simply the sharing of knowledge. That is why we already offer a “sneak preview” of working life while you are still attending school, in order to assist you in deciding on your future career. We offer internship and apprenticeship placements in a variety of occupational fields.

We support our trainees in an important phase of their lives. It is important to recognise personal strengths at such an early stage. We do all we can to recognise your potential and encourage your talents. Our trainers are there to support you at all times.

Internship

Which occupation is the right one for you?

Before you even apply to us for an apprenticeship placement, an internship gives you an initial insight into some exciting careers. We regularly offer internships in a variety of different departments for those who are still attending school.

Are you looking for a placement for the two or three weeks compulsory internship during your 9th  or 10th class?

Then simply send us your application.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Office management training

During your office management training you will get to know the various departments in our company. In this role you support our specialist departments in the commercial and accounts fields.

Training content and procedure

Office management comprises a variety of areas and you therefore work in several departments during your training. This means that you acquire knowledge in general organisation, handle correspondence, prepare presentations and take care of office supplies and orders. You learn about staff deployment and how scheduling works.

You also learn to support the reception area independently and you gain competence in the classic field of assistant work.

The training takes three years, but this may be shortened by six months if you perform well or if you have previous experience.

This is how you can convince us

  • Good school grades (Realschulabschluss or equivalent)
  • Sound knowledge of German, English and mathematics
  • Organisational skill and the ability to learn quickly
  • An accountable, confident and polite manner

Apprenticeships as an industrial mechanic

During your training as an industrial mechanic you learn how electrical assemblies are set up mechanically and how technical systems are designed and optimised. This technical training also teaches you how to maintain machinery and production systems.

    Training content and procedure

During the training period you learn all about what you need to know as an industrial mechanic, and you work with us on a gas turbines project. A part of the operational training is carried out at our affiliated partner ZAL Wildau to ensure comprehensive training.

The practice-orientated part of the dual training is carried out at the company and the academic part is carried out at the training college.

The training period is three and a half years, but this may be shortened by six months if you perform well or have previous experience.

We guarantee a placement for each trainee for a minimum of six months, usually for longer.

This is how you can convince us:

    • Good school grades (Realschulabschluss or equivalent)
    • Sound knowledge of English, mathematics and science
    • Technical understanding and practical aptitude
    • Good spatial awareness
