In many departments, our employees are able to enjoy flexible working hours. Whether you like early mornings or hate to get up early, biorhythms have an effect on our efficiency and readiness for work. We trust our employees to decide for themselves how and when they can best make their contribution to the success of our company. Time management of accounts allows flexible “time off” for hours accrued and in some cases it is possible to work from home, depending on the position. The results count and not the attendance.
It is vital to balance the daily work routine. Some like to join their colleagues in sport and experience the mental connection between teamwork and sportsmanship. Colleagues train together in our jogging group and take part in our company runs.
We are volleyball fans and we enjoy taking part in our local “Beach Cup” volleyball event with our colleagues. As we sponsor the well-known volleyball club Netzhoppers Königs Wusterhausen e. V., there is also something for our indoor fans to enjoy. Matches can be attended at any time.
Living and working in Wildau
Wildau and the adjacent region is one of the leading locations for high-tech aerospace development in Germany. The production sites of renowned engine and gas turbine industry giants are located here … not without reason, as technological development has a long-standing history in the area: Locomotives were manufactured here as early as in 1894, followed by the first aircraft parts only a few years later. Wildau is an innovation and development hotspot with a history.
Besides the immediate proximity to the vibrant capital Berlin, the aerospace region of Berlin-Brandenburg is surrounded by idyllic lakes and the widespread forests of Brandenburg. A recreational area combined with the flair of the metropolis – it does not get any better.
Wildau is therefore a valued company location for us and our employees and at the same time it is a gem in terms of quality of life.
