On 1 August 2025, our new apprentices began their professional journey with us.
To kick things off, we organised an induction day, during which the apprentices met their new colleagues from the specialist departments and gained their first impressions of the company on an exciting guided tour.
They were welcomed by our CEO, Dr Karsten Mühlenfeld, and our HR colleague, Isabell Redlich, who wished them well for the future and hoped they would enjoy their training.
Supporting young people as they develop and reach their full potential is always inspiring. We are looking forward to the years of learning and growth ahead!
