Young mathematicians from the region visited AneCom AeroTest

For the 55th time, the mathematical geniuses set themselves at the second stage of the math competition of the district of Dahme-Spreewald. Finally the best students were invited to the awarding ceremony at AneCom AeroTest.

Dr. Edmund Ahlers, Managing Director of AneCom AeroTest personally congratulated each of the prize winners to their great success and appreciated the enormous commitment. 

“A qualified young talent with the interest in mathematics, science and technology does not run by itself and that’s an important success factor in setting up as internationally operating company. Therefore the mathematic competition is a good opportunity for an ongoing dedication in education and an opportunity to attract the next generation of qualified employees.” emphasized Dr. Ahlers.

During a short tour in the company all participants received impressions of the highly modern compressor test center of AneCom AeroTest.

The math competition in the state of Brandenburg has been organized for years by the national association for students with the interest in mathematics, science and technology (BliS e.V.) in close cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. A total of 120 students from grades four to twelve of the district of Dahme-Spreewald participated in this competition.

Therefrom 37 students achieved excellent results and were honored ceremoniously on the premises of the Aerospace Technology Centre, Schönefelder Kreuz in Wildau. AneCom AeroTest has assured that they will continue the support for the mathematics competition in the district of Dahme-Spreewald also in the future.
